It took me almost 3 hours to walk through all of the rooms. There are many different dance halls with live music, lounges, cafe bars, restaurants.
這個舞會的場地實在是大的驚人,我大概花了三小時才全部走完,有大小不同現場音樂伴奏的舞池,各式的bar,餐廳,每間的佈置都是美崙美奐,各有不同的風味,音樂也十分多元,除了傳統的華爾茲,也有爵士,拉丁音樂,佛朗明哥..等,根據我的觀察,懂的配合不同音樂而跳舞的舞客並不多,大多只是隨性的"自由式舞蹈",大部分的人都只和自己隨行的舞伴或朋友跳舞,單獨出席的我,並沒有任何男士來邀舞,慘!!!!!!!!

整個舞會的序幕是由幾位奧地利的政商名人的致詞開始,而後由數十位的年輕男女在現場管絃樂團的伴奏下,翩翩起舞優雅的華爾茲,表演完畢後,現場賓客也都紛紛進入舞池共舞

I've heard so many good things about the Vienna Ball. The first thing in my plan to Vienna is to attend the Ball. Many tahnks to my good frend Bernhard who help me to purchase the ticket. Finally my dream comes true. Ready to go for the Vienna Ball.
維也納除了音樂會和歌劇外,舞會也是非常的有名,很多日本女生會組團來參加,把參加維也納舞會當成畢生的夢想,她們不但會帶專屬的造型設計師,還會事前訂製禮服,讓自己很體面的出席. 很幸運地,我有機會能參加當地最盛大而且頗享盛名的維也納舞會,出席者大多是奧地利人,地點在Hofburg(總統府),所有的賓客能藉此參觀到平常不會開放的禁區,據電視報導,有超過6000人前來參加這場盛宴,非常感謝我的朋友Bernhard幫我購買門票(90歐元)

走入會場時,讓我有如於電影情節般的虛幻不真實,走在滿舖的紅色地毯,置身於古色古香的歐洲傳統建築,環繞在盛裝出席的眾紳士淑女間,我的行為舉止都不自覺地端莊起來

When I walked in the ball, I got a free fan. At the exit, every woman could get a free gift bag with coffee cup and small bottle of alcohol.
要進入會場時,有工作人員發放給每位女士一之扇子,離開舞會時,所有女賓客還可以拿到一份精美禮物 (小巧的咖啡杯和迷你酒瓶)

Vienna Trip

Stuck in Frankfurt Airport for 9 hours

Dur to bad weather, my flight from Frankfurt to Vienna got delayed and then canceled. Poor me arrived at 4:45AM. I was so exhausted with jet-lag. Finally I could be on-board and fly to Vienna at 1:30PM.
因為風太強,法蘭克福機場縮減航班,我原本要搭乘的飛機先是延誤,最後被取消掉, 由於諸多因素,我被迫奔走於不同terminal的德航櫃檯,以便能拿到新航班的機票,時差加上飢餓,真的是累斃了,我早上四點四十五分抵達,一直到下午一點半才撘上飛機,只有吃chips和可樂,果腹,把張愛玲的半生緣讀完,抵達維也納已經是下午三點,三十個小時沒有睡覺了,真想躺在床上好好休息,晚上還要參加Hofburg的維也納舞會,我真是要當女超人才行......

酷愛翱遊四海的我, 又要遠遊了, 這次的旅遊, 因為工作太忙, 根本沒有時間規劃, 暫定要去維也納和布拉格, 然後參加公司的豪華義大利之旅(全程五星級旅館+米其林餐廳)
無法在台灣過農曆年, 應該可以省下不少紅包錢吧!!!

BMS Year-End Party

今年公司尾牙在麗庭莊園舉辦, 我很喜歡這個場地, 硬體設備和食物都有相當的水準, 最令我雀躍的是, 本部門在台灣的三名員工於摸彩活動時, 通通中獎, 我個人抽中現金五千元!! 這真是一個好的開始, 願大家今年旺旺旺!!!

My Uncle's Strawberry Farm

One of my uncles owns a strawberry farm in Hsinchu. I spent the weekend there. Those strwberries are really yummy...

New Mac Book

I'm always a big apple fan and love all of the apple product. To organize my 180 GB tango music, I bought a new Mac Book with 250GB as my new year gift. Guess I'll spend lots of time at home to organize my tango music...:-)

我那台舊的iBook只有30幾GB的容量,一直無法灌入我所有的tango音樂,為了犒賞自己過去一年的辛苦工作, 熱愛蘋果電腦的我, 便買了一台新的Mac Book. 想要整理高達180GB的音樂, 我可能得待在家裡當很久的宅女

I've never expected that Japanese can host such a great party
Show-San is very energetic, friendly, talented and fun
He cooked different types of Japanese food
Every guest brought a bottle of good wine
We were all happy and had a great time
知道party是日本人辦的
並沒有很高的期待
勉為其難的出席了
而且還刻意地遲到了近二個小時
沒想到 沒想到..........
這群住在台灣的日本總經理們
非常有趣而且有才華
主人煮了滿桌日本料理
還彈琴唱歌
又有各式的心理測試問答
笑話不斷
這個週末夜好有趣啊
