India Trip - More Indian Food

I've never had so many Indian food in my whole life. Don't know how to get decent non-Indian cousine here. My stomach is feeling something wrong.

有點吃不消連日來的印度料理
早餐 午餐 晚餐
都是咖哩和一大堆不知名的重口味料理
才兩天
就把我的胃搞的很不舒服
有種上下翻騰又帶點溫熱的不適
旅行過很多落後貧窮的國家
但是從沒有如此的經歷
第一次我了解到什麼叫
"水土不服"

Business Trip to Mumbai

My Driver

Had very pleasant time with colleagues in India. Tried some local food at an Indian restaurant. Many thanks to Krishina who took me to a awesome yoga class after work. The guru told me "Yoga is soul, not exercise" which inspires me a lot.

適逢雨季
孟買今天還是飄著雨

BMS印度辦公室的裝潢設備頗摩登
訪客還有專屬的廁所
只是空氣中還是瀰漫著怪異而令人不舒服的味道

後來才得知是殺蟲劑在做怪

午餐由MJN的總經理作東
和幾位當地主管到公司對面的印度餐廳用膳
這幾位高級知識份子帶領著我
機靈地橫越馬路
跨過安全島
閃躲瘋狂行進中的車輛
有驚無險地抵達餐廳
食物非常道地
我也勇於嘗試各種不熟悉的菜餚
大家對於我吃重辣而面不改色的實力十分誇讚

MJN India Team

今天最令我興奮的是
有緣能在印度本土上瑜珈課
下班後
同事帶我去體驗和台北很不一樣的瑜珈課
當地人稱瑜珈導師為Guru
上課地點在一個學校的教室內
設備十分簡漏
沒有華麗的木地板和大鏡子
也沒有冷氣
Guru也沒有帶領大家做複雜而累人的動作
整個課程著重於觀察自己身體做每個動作時的反應
如何呼吸
如何讓自己的肢體更協合
因為我是唯一的外籍人士
Guru都會一直到我身旁給於我特別的調整和指導
上完課後
我真的有身心靈舒暢的美妙體驗

Business Trip to Mumbai

"Can you go to India office for 2 days??"Yeah!!!!!!!
I'm so excited to get the job assignment from my boss Jim Grills. This is my first trip to India. It's one of the destinations I always want to visit.
I need to take a long flight from Taipei to Mumbai, transfer flight twice in Hong Kong and Bangkok. It took me 18 hours from my home to check-in at hotel in Mumbai. Can't believe the traveling time it's even longer than my trip to North America and Europe. I'm so exhausted!!!
上週四才接到帥哥老闆的指示
要到印度孟買出差
在一陣慌亂中
才匆忙地把簽證, 機票和旅館搞定
雖然華航和長榮有直飛班機
但是得在午夜出發
飛行近7小時於凌晨抵達孟買
這種飛行時間實在不適合商務旅行
我便選擇得在香港, 曼谷轉兩趟飛機的國泰航空
單趟旅程含轉機及飛行時間長達13個小時
居然比去美國和歐洲更辛苦

在香港的後機室就看到好多的印度人坐在同一區塊
一半以上的印度人都把鞋脫掉
大辣辣地坐在椅子上
有的光腳 有的穿襪子
眼前的畫面和摩登現代的香港機場
實在有點不協調

在曼谷的轉機稱不上是轉機
我只能待在飛機上等
不得離開飛機
本以為可藉此機會參觀新的曼谷機場
沒想竟被囚禁在機上
這枯坐的1個小時真是如坐針氈
無聊至極

抵達孟買機場
在微弱的冷氣空調
簡單的機場
不明切的指標
和隨處插隊的當地人
我很真實的踏上印度的國土

出機場後
第一眼便看見公司安排的司機來接機
隨著他走向到處積水的停車場
孟買正下著雨
街上鮮少有人撐傘
路上車子的喇叭聲從沒有斷過
車流秩序極為混亂
交通可以媲美恐怖的雅加達
成群走在大街的行人似乎都無視週遭瘋狂行駛的車輛
許多年幼的孩童在擁塞的車陣中穿梭兜售
怪異的空氣有著濃濃的印度味

從早上6:30出門到旅館check-in
長達18小時
這一路的奔波
真是累壞了我....

My younger brother got his second kid today. Unfortunately, my sister-in-law is still in ICU right now. Hope she can recover soon. I took some photos for my nephew to show my sister-in-law.

He is such a cute baby!!

希望她可以快些康復
為了彌補她無法第一時間看到寶寶的遺憾
我今天在醫院照了超過100張的照片

Almodovar's Movies

I watched 4 DVDs during the weekend which are Talk to Her, Volver, All about my mother and bad education. All of them are from the same director Pedro Almodóvar who is the most successful and internationally known Spanish filmmaker of his generation. Highly recommend these movies...they are more than GREAT.

I went dancing tango on Thursday night. It's Milonga Nuevo, at Amico Studio where has very good dance floor.....
我去年12月來香港參加過兩個舞會
覺得台北男生跳的比較好
在這半年多的時間
香港男舞者進步好多啊
有和幾位不錯的男舞者跳舞
以後到香港出差
也可以同時享受探戈樂了!!

我們所有財務部門的同仁今晚來到太平山頂用餐, 俯瞰壯觀的夜景
選擇的餐廳是彩碟軒
愚昧的我捨棄公司所安排的巴士
自行和幾位同事撘纜車上山
沒想到我們居然排隊等了一個小時才撘到纜車啊!!!

據說參加的會員費至少需要港幣一百六十萬元
我所屬的第八組雖然在團體競賽中沒有得獎
但是每個組員都玩的非常愉快
